St. James Canadians

The St. James Canadians were a Canadian Junior "A" Hockey Team in the MJHL, until the end of the 2003-2004 Season, which marked their 35th Anniversary in the MJHL. The Canadians played in the Addison Division in the Manitoba Junior Hockey League . They played out of the St. James Civic Centre, in Winnipeg Manitoba.

The St. James Canadians won the Turnbull Cup in the league 3 times (1968, 1996 & 1997) throughout their 35 years in the MJHL.

During the summer of 1967, community-minded sports group purchased the St. James Braves from Ben Hatskin, renaming them the Canadians. The Braves played only one season.

An earlier version won the Turnbull Cup in 1944.
