St. Dominic High School is a private, Roman Catholic high school in O'Fallon, Missouri. It is located in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Saint Louis.

St. Dominic was established in 1962, replacing Assumption High School, which was closed due to deteriorating facilities. [1] In response to growing enrollment, a 13-classroom addition, new library, and enlarged cafeteria were completed in 2000.
