St. David's Retail Park (Bangor)

St. David's Retail Park is on the outskirts of Bangor, Wales. It is situated on Caernarfon Road and houses Matalan, JJB Sports and PC World. It was constructed on the site of the demolished St David's maternity hospital. The layout is, however, less than ideal with a very narrow and constricted access to the parking area. The row of new shops stands in an elevated position which emphasizes and makes very visible their low cost design and building standards.
