St. Columban, Ontario

St. Columban is a community located in Southwestern Ontario, Canada in the municipality of West Perth. Originally called Irishtown, it was renamed after the irish saint. Up until April 2006 it was known also for its church (again named after the saint) which was the first of its kind in the area. It is about 3 minutes away from where John Labatt was taken after being kidnapped. (he only stayed there one night).
