Saint Clair's main street, which is 2nd Street, is bustling with traffic and business daily. It has many different stores along with the locally popular restaurants Georgio's Pizza and Original Italian Pizza (known as "O.I.P." to the locals). Second Street is also the center of activity during the annual Saint Clair Car Cruise.
One of Saint Clair's most popular playgrounds is on 3rd Street which also has a basketball court. Another popular playground is at Northward, which also has a basketball court and is by the football stadium and track. Perhaps one of the most popular places in the summer is up McCord Avenue, where there is a playground (the Gun Club) and the Saint Clair Pool.
Lawton Street was the location of the very popular Whitey's Bar & Grill. The original owners, the Gustitus's, sold Whitey's in 1986, and after almost ten years of disrepair under different owners, it was torn down in 2006.
In 2006 the Round House bar opened which had been closed for several years. It was formerly known as Kulich's Oval Bar.
