The St. Catharines Athletics are Junior "A" box lacrosse team from St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. The Athletics play in the OLA Junior A Lacrosse League.

The St. Catharines Athletics Jr. A squad has won seven league championships and six Minto Cup championships (1947, 1950, 1990, 1991, 2001, 2003.) They also had an undefeated season in 2002, although they would lose in the Minto Cup championship to the Burnaby Lakers. Many talented and successful St. Catharines lacrosse players have played for the Athletics, many who play in the National Lacrosse League. Notable players include:
- Steve Toll - Rochester Knighthawks
- Craig Conn - Buffalo Bandits
- Thomas Hajek - Philadelphia Wings
- Rory Glaves - Edmonton Rush
- Pat McCready - Buffalo Bandits
- Andrew Potter - Rochester Knighthawks
- Ian Llord - Buffalo Bandits
- Sean Greenhalgh - Buffalo Bandits
- Billy Dee Smith - Buffalo Bandits
- Matt Vinc - New York Titans
- Mark Steenhuis - Buffalo Bandits.
There is also a notable amount of players outside of St.Catharines who have gone on to successful careers after playing for the Athletics, players included are:
- Frank Resetarits - San Jose Stealth
- Mike Hominuck - Edmonton Rush
- Mike Accursi - Buffalo Bandits
- Darris Kilgour - retired
- Athan Iannucci (one season) - Philadelphia Wings
- Luke Wiles (one season) - San Jose Stealth.
