St. Anthony College Preparatory High School, commonly referred to as SA, is a private, Roman Catholic high school located in the downtown area of Long Beach, California. As of the 2007-2008 school year, the school has 265 students enrolled in grades 9 through 12. It is served by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles.

St. Anthony College Preparatory High School was founded in 1920 by the Sisters of the Immaculate Heart.
St. Anthony was once two schools—a boys' school and a girls' school.

The High School is located in Downtown Long Beach at 6th and Olive Avenue. Recently, there were $1.4 million in facilities renovations.[1] The “Saints” Athletic Field is located a little over eight miles away from the downtown campus in the Plaza area of Long Beach, with transportation to and from the field on the school's private bus.

At St. Anthony College Preparatory High School, the following definitions are used:
Honor GPA* Summa Cum Laude 3.90 - 4.00 Magna Cum Laude 3.50 - 3.899 Cum Laude 3.25 - 3.499 Honorable Mention 3.00 - 3.249
The school has the rigorous graduation requirements expected of a college preparatory program, that also includes Religious Studies (40 units/ four years) and a Christian Service Requirement of 100 hours with the four annual retreats.[2]

Students are able to choose from 8 Advanced Placement courses offered by the College Board. Although it is a slim program compared to most schools, thanks to recent alumni contributions, the school is steadily increasing its college prep program.

Aside from Academics, students invariably find time for many extracurricular activities, from student government to a strong athletics program.

The SA Wave is the student newspaper. The S.A. Wave restarted in the 2006-2007 school year, and is working to become a monthly newspaper again.

Contributes to the planning of the religious aspects of the school, such as retreats, prayer services, and confession.

The St. Anthony Choir sings at various services throughout the school year. They often sing modern Christian songs for church services.
