St. Anne's Diocesan College is a private girls' boarding school situated outside the small town of Hilton in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands of South Africa.

It was founded in 1877 and is situated on a 50 acre campus. It has an Anglican foundation.

Today St. Anne's has approximately 390 pupils from grade 8 to grade 12 of which ninety percent board. There are six boarding Houses: Andrews, Frances Baines, Macrorie, Marianne Browne, Mollie Stone and Usherwood.

St. Anne's is one of the top academic schools and its leavers write the Independent Examination Board exams.
