St. Andrew's United Church of Cairo is an international Christian church and primary school which provides English-language services and other ministries to mostly the international and expatriate community of Cairo, Egypt. It is located at 38 26th July St. between Ramses and Galaa streets. St. Andrew's also cooperates with other Christian organizations in Egypt in dialogue with among Muslims.

For many years, St. Andrew's Congregation has played a role in educating and advocating among African refugees in Egypt. Most of the refugees fled their homes in the Sudan, but some also come from as far away as the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Burundi. The African refugee ministry began as part of the ongoing ministry of St. Andrew's United Church of Cairo. Now it is separately constituted and has its own board, though local members of St. Andrew's are also active in the ministry. The refugees themselves are involved in the administration of the program whenever possible.

The current pastor is Mike Shelley. Services are offered on Sunday and Friday at 9:30am in English. St. Andrew's also offers education to mostly African refugees throughout the year for both adults and children from ages 5 and above.
