[edit] Regarding your edit on Portal talk: War

Hi there! There seems to have been a bit of a misunderstanding about how Wikipedia operates - we are an encyclopedia, and the goal of contributors (like yourself) is to write and improve articles. We have articles on all sorts of conceivable topics (including the one you were perhaps looking for, Genghis Khan). If you have a specific question about a topic, you can raise it on the subject's Talk page, but without removing all other text there! However, answering direct questions is not Wikipedia's primary goal (the Reference desk does do this, but it's an anomaly), so you may be better off in a forum discussing the topics you're interested in if that's what you came here for. However, I hope you'll stay and contribute to articles with your knowledge, we always welcome new contributors! If you have any any questions or want to talk about something, feel free to leave a message on my talk page. — QuantumEleven 13:26, 14 June 2006 (UTC)
