Sretensk

Sretensk (Russian: Сре́тенск) is a town in Zabaykalsky Krai, Russia, located on the right bank of the Shilka River (Amur's basin), some 385 km east of Chita. Population: 7,900 (2005 est.); 8,192 (2002 Census).
Sretensk was founded in 1689 and granted town status in 1926.
