Seeing the place and date when this map was published, we get to Belgrade in 1993, just in the height of Slobodan Milosevic dictatorship engaged in both Croatian and Bosnian Wars.

Is this map really thruthful accurate? Well, I suspect that the answer is “no”.

If Wikipedia is in favor of impartial and reliable sources, why not to delete this map?
