Non-free / fair use media rationale for Rouge the Bat
Description	This is official artwork of the character Rouge the Bat for Sonic Riders. Rouge only wears this outfit in that particular game, and thus this image, provided by Sega is necessary to illustrate the character and the outfit. Sega usually provides images like these for most of the characters that are playable each game. Without this, either a game screenshot, or fanart would have to be used to show this particular design. The design itself is noteworthy as in the Sonic Series, most character have a single look for all of the games. However, Rouge frequently changes outfits, and is the only character to do so continually. Rouge generally has a different outfit with each game.
