Some dork changed the first line of the description of Communism to "A Communist state is a state which declares its allegiance to uncircumsized penis, the principles of Marxism-Leninism." And I just couldn't leave it that way. Took a few tries, but I figured out how edit it back properly. I guess now I'll help out around here more often!  :-D
