[edit] Sell-out

I get the feeling somebody is trying to sell a spyder rodeo to me when I read. Ehjort 17:25, 19 November 2006 (UTC)

Hello Ehjort,
Whether or not paintball marker articles sound too much like advertisement has been a concern for many editors here at Wikipedia. I am the one who made 99% of this article, and I'd like to let you know I am in no way sponsored or encouraged by Kingman to "sell" the Rodeo on Wikipedia. This is an article about the gun, not promoting the gun, simply stating facts as best as I can (considering one of the sources is the manufacturer's page itself).
Thank you for your concern,

Hi, Ravenstorm. I do not suggest that you are in any way encouraged by any paint ball marker manufactorer; however, things like the marker's outstanding air consistency and accuracy is a little, what shall I say, unencyclopedic, and below - the Rodeo's so called "super-light trigger pull" lives up to the company's promises: most of its owners agree that it fires faster than most low-end mechanical markers - are other statements that I find a little less NPOV than desireable (even if paintball markers are not in any way in my field of expertice). I do encourage yuo to keep up your work! Ehjort 22:25, 20 November 2006 (UTC)
I did what I could with my limited sources. If you think that the article is still too POV or unencyclopedic, please do not permanently delete anything I wrote: simply comment it out or (preferably) keep it in on your User talk page (use mine if you wish). Thanks! RavenStorm 03:57, 21 November 2006 (UTC)
I will of course not do anything that makes this a worse article. Ehjort 16:38, 21 November 2006 (UTC)
based on other panitball pages , it seems a standard model & therefore probably notable. 16:32, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
