Shouldnt it be mentioned that hulk hogan makes an apperance in this movie?

-Changed "Parody list" to "List of Gags" and put them in order of when they occured in the film. Also did some touch-ups to the section- (Lemmy12)

"Sam Steele" may also be a reference to Sir Samuel Blenfield Steele, Superintendant of the North-West Mounted Police and a major force of law & order in the Yukon gold rush. Since Leslie Nielsen was born in Yukon, I think this is more than likely.Jeremicus rex 01:35, 24 December 2006 (UTC)

-It says in the article: "An urban legend states that during the recording of the theme to Thunderball, Tom Jones held his note long enough to pass out." I believe that this was actually Goldfinger the James Bond film from the 60s, and if you listen to the Goldfinger theme song it is much more like it than Thunderball, and Shirley Bassey (who sang the Goldfinger theme song) said in multiple interviews that she had to hold the last note "GOLD!" in the theme song and said she was about to pass out but never did. You can tell that the Weirld Al parody of this theme is far more similar to Goldfinger with the last portion because Shirley Bassey keeps repeating "Only gold...he loves gold...ooonly gold." and Weird Al made a direct reference to this. But in general, the theme song still is based around the theme from Thunderball. So someone might consider taking out that urban legend portion or fixing it up.

"Rancor was wounded in an earlier encounter and no longer has arms; however, he can 'arm' himself (sic) by attaching robotic limbs with various weapons attached." This is not a proper usage for "sic," so I'm removing it. Funkeboy 23:41, 22 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Spy hard poster.jpg

Image:Spy hard poster.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 07:59, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Die Hard Gags

From the look of it, when the girl falls off the cliff at the start, it seems to freeze for a second, which looks identical to Gruber falling out of the building in Die Hard 1. 91.84.7.89 09:29, 25 August 2007 (UTC)
