1. Why is Wikipedia listing fictional characters as being "natives" of any real location? 2. Is there any precedent here at Wikipedia for documenting such "information"? 3. How many fictional characters' birthdays/deaths are listed on the applicable date wikis?

[edit] Ralph Flanders?!

Under "Notable Residents", I was so sure that was vandalism. Apparently there is actually a Ralph Flanders and he was a US Senator during the McCarthy era.
