Springs, Pennsylvania

Springs is a small village in Elk Lick Township, Pennsylvania, Somerset County, Pennsylvania. Springs is known for its Spring Folk Festival annually in October, its museum and its farmers' market. It is part of the Johnstown, Pennsylvania Metropolitan Statistical Area.
