Spring Mountain Motorsports Ranch is a race track located in Pahrump, NV. Currently owned by John Morris and Brad Rambo,[1] the track hosts various auto races, driving schools, and a private motorsports club.
The track length consists of various configurations within one 2.2-mile (3.5 km) road course and has a 37-foot (11 m) minimum width throughout. The length of the upper road course is 1.5 miles (2.4 km) and has elevation changes totaling approximately 50 feet (15 m). It consists of seven corners, one of which is an exact duplicate of the hairpin at Mosport (corners 5A and 5B), known as Moss corner.
Spring Mountain Advanced Driving School is one of the main events hosted at the track. Their road course for the Level One, Level Two and One day group programs as well as our Corporate Team Building programs SCCA approved. The Corvette Z06 and the C6 Z51 are the exclusive cars of the driving school.
The track also hosts the The Radical Racing School at Spring Mountain, using the 1.5-mile (2.4 km) Radical Loop track to teach driving skills on the Radical SR3 Tracksport,[2] and the Lotus Performance Driving School, using the Lotus Elise.[3]
In 2006, Club Spring Mountain, a private motorsports club, was created which offers preferred track time, private instruction, affiliate relationships with car clubs, and special events through Spring Mountain Motor Sports Ranch.[1]
