Spring Garden (SEPTA Broad Street Line station)

Spring Garden is a subway station on SEPTA's Broad Street Subway in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It is an express station with four tracks and two central platforms. Spring Garden is the northernmost station in Center City, serving Philadelphia Community College, the State Building, the Inquirer Building and a few office buildings, restaurants, and clubs. The Philadelphia Art Museum is nine blocks west of the station.
A transfer is available to surface transit route #43, which provides local service along Spring Garden Street.
Spring Garden station is the seventh busiest station on the Broad Street Line, with 10,000 riders a day.[1]
