English: A gentleman serves two youths water dipped from the cool clear spring.
We believe this photo dates back to the early 1900s. Note the reference "mineral spring" in the caption. Mineral water was considered very desireable during this era and the water was adverised as such inspite of its unusually low mineral content. |
