- I'm not sure where Wikification comes in at the moment. I think if someone cleans up this article, there'll be something to work on.--CarrotMan 06:08, 17 October 2006 (UTC)

Lets learn from that article and reorganize this page.--KnowledgeHegemony 09:17, 3 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Grammar, sentence length, etc.
This page seems to have been written by Indians. The Football section, notably, is short sentence after short sentence after short sentence. Like this. And then this. And this. And so on. Also sections like tennis and hockey are in terrible condition. Of course I've tried to tidy it up a bit, but I'm one man and I can't do it alone. However, I'm actually considering rewriting the ENTIRE PAGE just to make it legible. NIN 19:20, 8 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Accuracy of Information
Please check this article and re-write certain portions. Like the one on Tennis says that India's best performance in Tennis has been 2nd in Davis Cup. In fact India has reached the final of Davis Cup on two occassions. Once prob. in 1974 and then again in 1985, which they lost 5-0 against Sweden. Vijay Amritraj was part of the Indian team in both the occassions, but there is no mention and instead Paes & Bhupathi are mentioned. The best India has achieved under these two is reaching the Semi Finals once. Shovon 14:34, 27 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Needs rewriting
Can some one please spare the time to rewrite this piece. I tried to rewrite portions in Lawn Tennis and Soccer. There are many irrelevant disciplines listed as sports in India. One such discipline even had the name of the office bearers. Deleted two those.Shovon 15:54, 2 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Some humour! (even though we dont really need it)
ive decided to let this be so that other wikipedians can enjoy it:
Kho Kho
Kho kho is an old game of speed and cunning involving many individuals. Mostly played by girls and boys
