Sportsround has interviewed many British and world sports stars, including Lewis Hamilton, David Beckham, Jose Mourinho, Wayne Rooney, Rafael Nadal, Michael Jordan, Steven Gerrard and Dame Kelly Holmes, to name but a few.

Jake Humphrey has also been noticed by the BBC sport department and has recently become the youngest host in the history of both Football Focus and Match of the Day. He is currently considered as a bright star of the future.

Features of the show include 3 to See - A fun look at the top three sporting events to watch this weekend & 60 seconds - a 1 minute guide to whatever Sportsround wants to tell you about!

On Saturday 19 May 2007, Sportsround was the first programme to broadcast a full television programme live from inside Wembley stadium, a few hours before the first FA Cup Final.
