Sports Media Guide (sportsmediaguide.com) is a website to explore the art and craft of sports coverage and to humanize sports media.
Affiliated with the Sports Institute at Boston University[1], SMG offers weekly interviews with working media, some prominent, such as Thomas Boswell (Washington Post), Mark Fainaru-Wada (ESPN), Joe Posnanski (KC Star), Dave Anderson (NY Times), Shaun Powell (Newsday), Susan Slusser (SF Chronicle) and Bill Plaschke (LA Times).
It has been cited by numerous mainstream media, including Sports Illustrated magazine[2], the American Press Institute[3], and the Association for Women in Sports Media[4], as well as numerous newspapers.
