Sports-Concerts Complex Viktora Blinova (Russian: Спортивно-концертный комплекс им. Виктора Блинова short form: СКК "Блинова" previous name: СКК "Иртыш" is an indoor sporting arena located in Omsk, Russia. The capacity of the arena is 5,500. It is the home arena of the Avangard Omsk ice hockey team. The arena was named after a famous hockey player, Victor Blinov, who collapsed during practice and later died in hospital. It is due to be replaced by Omsk Arena in 2007.
