From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Spokane Spiders are an American soccer team, founded in 2006. The team is a member of the United Soccer Leagues Premier Development League (PDL), the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid, and plays in the Northwest Division of the Western Conference against teams from Abbotsford, Ogden, Provo, Salem, Tacoma, Vancouver and Yakima.
They play their home games in Spokane Falls Stadium on the campus of Spokane Falls Community College in the city of Spokane, Washington.
The Spiders are unrelated to the long-standing former PDL franchise, Spokane Shadow, which ceased operations in 2005 after their stadium, Joe Albi Stadium, was declared unsafe for play.
