Founded by Aaron Spohn in 1993, Spohn Ranch Skateparks was the original builder of the X-Games.[1] They've also built ramps and courses for over 100 major action sports events around the world. They also maintain and install the famed Red Bull Vert Ramp.[2]
Based in Industry, CA; the company now specializes in award-winning municipal skatepark construction.[3] Since 1993, they've built over 425 skateparks around the world.
The only company to offer full service design and construction of both in-ground concrete skateparks and above-ground composite skateparks, Spohn Ranch is often asked to consult with cities before their skatepark master planning begins.
Spohn Ranch, recently acquired Duluth, Minnesota-based TrueRide, manufacturer of wood / composite skatepark ramp systems.
Aaron Spohn continues to be a leader in the field of action sports, speaking around the country[4] and publishing articles in Parks & Rec and Landscape Architect magazines.[5]
