Spodoptera littoralis, the African Cotton Leafworm or Egyptian Cotton Leafworm—also known as the Mediterranean Brocade in the UK—is a noctuid moth found widely in Africa and Mediterranean Europe. It has been recorded at least six times in the UK, either an an immigrant or as an accidental import. It is often a pest on vegetables, fruits, flowers and other crops.
