The image Image:SpookyKidsFlyer.JPG is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright, I (keepsleeping say what 01:17, 29 November 2005 (UTC)) feel it is covered by fair use because:

1. The image was originally created as a flyer to promote a concert event, and therefore intended for free distribution.
2. No free or public-domain images exist of this subject.
3. The image is of low resolution and any copies made will be of inferior quality to the original artwork.
4. The image is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the artwork in any way.
