- Hello! Just FYI, I placed a {{construction}} template on top of the article you created to give you a chance to "wikify" it before the wolves try to delete it. I also added the welcome above to help you get better acquainted with the community that you have joined! A few hints: add references and third-party ciations for notability before you add an article in the encyclopedia. Also if you add that construction template to the top, it may keep others at bay until you are done! Again, welcome and if you need help with anything, feel free to contact me here! Happy editing!--Sallicio 03:36, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] AfD Nomination: Kalisha Buckhanon
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome and appreciate your contributions, but all Wikipedia articles must meet our criteria for inclusion (see What Wikipedia is not and Deletion policy). Since it does not seem that Kalisha Buckhanon meets these criteria, an editor has started a discussion about whether this article should be kept or deleted.
Your opinion on whether this article meets the inclusion criteria is welcome. Please contribute to the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Kalisha Buckhanon. Don't forget to add four tildes (~~~~) at the end of each of your comments to sign them.
Discussions such as these usually last five days. In the meantime, you are free to edit the content of the article. Please do not remove the "articles for deletion" template (the box at the top). When the discussion has concluded, a neutral third party will consider all comments and decide whether or not to delete the article. MCB (talk) 04:06, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] March 2008
If you have a close connection to some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred from the tone of the edit and the proximity of the editor to the subject, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:
- editing articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
- participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors;
- linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam);
- and you must always:
- avoid breaching relevant policies and guidelines, especially neutral point of view, verifiability, and autobiography.
For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have conflict of interest, please see Wikipedia:Business' FAQ. For more details about what constitutes a conflict of interest, please see Wikipedia:Conflict of Interest. Thank you. --Dhartung | Talk 04:30, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
