[edit] You wanted help

I volunteer myself to help on this page. Say what needs done. I recently joined the project. T.z0n3 12:27, 9 October 2006 (UTC)

well, it says that greater spirits can be seen by humans, but the earth kingdom men couldn't see the dragon odviosly refered to. I think that Iroh can see him because he went to the spirit world. to the people at wikiproject: this is a short talk page because the article is already good

[edit] Roku's temple.

The article says that Roku is able to enter the physical world during the winter solstice. Is there any proof of this, because I see it more of as Aang entering the spirit world than Roku coming into the physical world (which would explain why Aang had to go to him, instead of him going to Aang). And the part where it says Roku can enter the physical world anywhere within his temple is also false. He could only talk to Aang in his special room (the one that can only be opened by 5 firebenders). Outside of that room, he uses Aang as a vessel, which all previous avatars can do almost anywhere (Roku in "the deserter", and Kyoshi in that episode with the trial). - Stretchyrubberbands 07:17, 27 November 2006 (UTC)

Kyoshi and Roku (In The Deserter) both simply visually appeared, neither interacted with the outisde world (Even the fire that Roku seemed to start in Jeong Jeong's hut wasn't there a second later). Within his temple, however, Roku was seen Firebending and whatnot, signfying that, even if he isn't a flesh and blood person again, he was actually within (And could interact with) the physical world (Albeit through Aang). JBK405 03:08, 28 November 2006 (UTC)

Also, Kyoshi and Roku both acted through Aang, not with Aang (In fact, both times they took over his body he had no idea what had transpired); which makes sense since Aang is the bridge between the spirit and mortal worlds. In his temple, it's him by himself, appearing to Aang, not channeling his spirit through "The Bridge". JBK405 03:48, 29 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Picture...?

I think what this page needs is a good picture of the Spirit World. it seems kind of lacking in the image area. Would anyone be willing to get a picture of it? Bagpipeturtle 04:35, 16 January 2007 (UTC)

Sure, why not? Can't we just use one from Firebender.net? T.z0n3 16:43, 21 January 2007 (UTC)

Just uploaded one from Avatarspirit.net. Here it is[1] Does anybody like it? GeneralIroh (Leave a message after the beep if you gotta problem.) 02:36, 30 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Entered the Spirit World

How did Aang enter the Spirit World? He was still awake at the end of Chapter 40.

You sure? He looked like he passed out at the end. H2P (Yell at me for what I've done) 21:32, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
I do not think he passed out, more or less just closed his eyes to rest. Aang-kai 03:44, 22 February 2007 (UTC)

but when Katara healed him, he light up. Didn't he open his eyes and smile?

He couldn't pass out again? H2P (Yell at me for what I've done) 06:57, 13 February 2007 (UTC)

So are the first few episodes of Book 3: Fire going to be what we saw in Avatarescape.com?

I assumed that the events of Avatar Escape began when he was hit by Azula's lightning, and ended when Katara healed him. Exhibit A 21:39, 2 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Spirit World info, I feel unreal.

That makes no sense. "When a spirit is in the Physical World,..." they are not sence in the Physical World. They are not heard are sence. Just shown in it's Spirit Life in the Physical World, but it really isn't actually in the Physical World. Think about it. If you agree, please do add it if you will. Am I right? --4myself4 22:49, 20 February 2007 (UTC)

I have no idea what ur saying. Explain.Sgt. Hydra 03:06, 10 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Notable Spirits/Minor Creatures

It seems odd that there are no descriptions for notable spirits, while below there is more information on minor creatures. Minor should imply less importance than something that is notable. Koh probably deserves more description than the spirit crane and spirit wolf which as far as we know serves no purpose in the main story. I think someone should add more description if these spirits are indeed "notable" and should probably remove the sections on the crane and the wolf as they seem irrelevant right now.74.14.104.72 (talk) 09:18, 6 February 2008 (UTC)

also, the minor spirit "Enma" is never referred to as such and the description is mostly assumed. the official site on nick calls him "odd spirit." unfortunatley, nobody will believe that if left unsourced and I don't know how to add to the references or cite anything in the wikipedia format because I never really figured it out. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.12.152.117 (talk) 18:38, 12 April 2008 (UTC)

Most of that article is unsourced anyway. Rau's Speak Page 20:36, 12 April 2008 (UTC)
