Just a note really - "spinning cones" get referred to a lot in wine literature, so while I can understand the logic in just incorporating this into the main steam distillation article, it works better for the wine folks as a separate article - it was touch an go whether to incorporate it into some kind of "Winemaking technology" article. [edit] Remove wine varieties

I believe that {{Wines}} should be removed from the bottom of the page, since the spinning cones have nothing to do with the different types of wine.
