From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
- The academy of Florence possesses a panel of the Madonna and Saints, which is chiefly interesting for its signature Hoc opus pinxit Spinellus Luce Aritlo D.I.A. (1391).
Aritlo? That IS interesting, I suppose, but does it really say Aritlo? I'm just wondering if that's maybe an OCR error or something. --Iustinus 19:06, 19 July 2005 (UTC)
- Yup, that was an OCR error alright: scan of original page (Thank you Tim Starling!) --Iustinus 17:07, 4 August 2006 (UTC)
