Spirit FM 103.9 (DWVM - FM 103.9 MHz Lucena City) is a music FM station owned and operated by the Roman Catholic Bishop Of Lucena in the Philippines. The station's studio is located at the Lucena Bishop's Residence, Isabang, Lucena City.
It is also the official radio station of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Lucena.

The radio station is a vehicle for evangelization program of the diocese of Lucena. As a broadcast medium to communicate the word of God and his message of love to the people, it has the following objectives: General Objective: 1. To promote the thrust of the diocese which is the building up and strengthening of basic Christian communities in the different parishes; 2. To support its ten areas of apostolate namely, formation, worship, service, youth, bible, family life, vocations, health ministry, mission and evangelization and social communications. Specific Objectives: 1. To air musical programs reflected of Filipino culture and religion. 2. To broadcast evangelization programs supportive of the different pastoral commission of the diocese. 3. To inform people on current, local, national and international issues and provide commentaries based on social teachings of the church. 4. To educate people on basic and appropriate technologies for their total human development. 5. To provide forum for exchange of ideas, experiences and insights on social realities and the light of the gospel. 6. To air liturgical celebrations in order to reach people in the far-flung areas in the diocese.
