SpiderSimpson is a Rock/Alternative band consisting of members Adam Zindani (vocals/guitar), Sam Yapp (drums), Jo Crofts (guitar), Neil Irving (bass), and Dean Deavall (keyboards). The band was originally formed as 'Casino' in 2003 and changed name following their signing to Polydor in 2006.

The band played their first home gig at 'The railway' music bar in Birmingham during September 2003. Soon after, they were approached to submit five songs for a film company - which were later to become the basis of the soundtrack for the Ultimate Pictures film - 'Global Heresy' starring Alicia Silverstone & Martin Clunes, ironically depicting the trials and tribulations of an up and coming rock'n'roll band. Over the next year, the band went on to build a loyal fan base from the roots up by gigging extensively around the U.K, including supports slots with the Stereophonics, which culminated in being invited to open the last Stereophonics tour. During 2005 a self-produced demo caught the attention of the newly formed midlands based rock-radio station - Kerrang, who decided to playlist the band's song 'Lose Myself' during prime time listening hours. The subsequent increase in popularity saw the band continuing to play small local venues and supporting The Suffrajets on their UK tour. 'Lose myself' and 'Heavy metal machine' were both heavily featured for the Gumball 2006 TV show.

The band were signed to Polydor in Spring 2006 and recorded their debut album at studio 606 in LA with producer Nick Raskulinecz. The band has seen constant support from Kerrang Radio and local and national fans and have also seen radio support from both Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters and Kelly Jones of the Stereophonics.
They have recently completed the Kerrang Radio Breakthrough Tour with other newley signed bands. In 2007, Adam toured with Welsh band Stereophonics as they're live guitarist and is set to continue for the majority of the upcoming year therefore putting the proposed SpiderSimpson album on hold. Similarly, Dean has also joined Feeder on their recent UK tour, playing keyboards and providing backing vocals.
