[edit] Licensing

This image is a screen capture from the DVD of One Day in September.

[edit] Fair use in Munich massacre and Andre Spitzer

Though this image is subject to copyright, I feel its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

  1. It is a low resolution copy of a screen shot of a film.
  2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the film.
  3. The image is significant for the article as it allows identification of murdered athletes
  4. The image is irreplaceable as it represents a historic moment (1972) that cannot be easily replicated. Additionally, both of the people photographed are dead
