Sphenophryne cornuta is a species of frog in the Microhylidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Sphenophryne. It is found in Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, rural gardens, and heavily degraded former forest.
