I have created the SVG version, according to Wikipedia's guidelines. See Image:Channel capacity for complex constellations.svg. I wrote that the original code is yours; as you can see, each function has a different dash, so that it is possible to understand the plot even if the picture is printed in gray-scale. I have multi-licensed under CC and GFDL, if you don't agree with that, just change it, I don't mind (as long as it's a free license). From now on, if you create a plot for Wikipedia, please remember to add the source you have used: this way other users can improve your work or take inspiration from that!
