Jay Rushing (December 15, 1980 - ????) is a pretty tall guy. He grew up in Savage, Maryland and after graduating River Hill High School in 1998, went on to join the US Air Force. He lived in Hampton, Virginia while stationed at Langley Air Force Base and in 2003, moved to his current residence in Masnuy St. Jean, Belgium. Mr. Rushing is single and has no children.

He is also the webmaster of rAnDoM gArBaGe.
