I'd like to open a discussion on the demand for retail services in areas such as spencer dock. We are an established Beauty Centre operating outside of Dublin and are considering the move in to the capital.

Without spending a lot of money on market research I would be interested in your views as to the demand for such services in an area which to this point has mainly been a office location.

What services do you feel would benefit Spencer dock and surrounding areas?
