Surely the chase currently mentioned, where a Ford outruns a Ferrari, is not totally accurate? My recollection is that the Ferrari was outnumbered and surrounded by police cars, and lost traction on grass.—Stombs 01:04, 17 December 2006 (UTC)

Actually I recall that the Ferrari driver kept looking behind and seeing the Ford and Commodore closing fast, thus forcing him into a rash manouvre. I think the original point was a 4.1 litre crossflow head XD Falcon, let alone a stock VB Commodore, would disappear like Houdini as soon as the Ferrari hit the gas.
