(William M. Connolley 19:03, 29 May 2005 (UTC)) This page contained lots of useful info but not split up as I would like, so I have. Please feel free to complain. My personal feeling was that the most important thing about it was the products, so I've put those above the instrument characteristics, but thats because I'm only familiar with the sea ice product.

I've also created SSMR to redirect here and added some SSMR info: if you know more about the difference and think SSMR deserves its own page, feel free: I've never really been sure of the difference...
