As per this discussion, based on WP:NAME and WP:UE, I suggest renaming the article to either "Special Anti-Terrorist Unit" or "Special Anti-Terrorist Unit (Greece)", preferring the latter. The same procedure has already been carried through on similar Greek-related articles, such as EAM, EDES and EKKA.
