Spencer Redford

Spencer Redford (b. Jessica Leigh Spencer on August 10, 1983, Detroit, Michigan) is an American actress best known for her role as Loretta Modern in the Disney Channel Original Movie Pixel Perfect.

Her other television credits include That's So Raven as the head journalist/photographer of the Bayside school newspaper, Serina, who finds out Raven Baxter (Raven Symone) is psychic, Even Stevens as Beans's (Steven Anthony Lawrence) attractive cousin, Joan of Arcadia, Arrested Development, Jake in Progress and Judging Amy.

Redford was born in a small suburb outside of Detroit, Michigan. At a young age she started dancing in competitive preforming arts schools.Spencer competed and won at Best New Talent in 2000. With the representation she received at the Showcase, she has booked many exciting roles. Spencer can be seen in several movies and tv shows including but not limited to "Even Stevens", "The Young and the Restless", "That's So Raven", "Joan of Arcadia", Pixel Perfect, "Arrested Development", and Shanghai Kiss are just a few of the many projects.
