Spectromancer
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Spectromancer is a computer game being developed by Hidden City Games. As of February 2008 the game is in beta and scheduled to be released in April 2008.[1]
On March 28, 2008 the upgraded client including the beta for multiplayer as well as unlocking the ability to play as an illusionist became available for download from the official website. This is not a patch, and there is no indication of its availability on the original beta client.
The game is being developed by Richard Garfield, who famously developed Magic: The Gathering. Spectromancer's gameplay revolves around a playing-card dynamic: the player traverses a mythical world collecting various cards to use in duels.
