The Spectacled Bristle-tyrant (Phylloscartes orbitalis) is a species of bird in the Tyrannidae family. It is found in Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montanes.
