The Speckle-faced Parrot (Pionus tumultuosus) or Plum-crowned Pionus is a species of parrot in the Psittacidae family. It is found in Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montanes.

  • Pionus tumultuosus seniloides, White-capped parrot

These may be classified as subspecies, although they have been listed as two separate species in some classifications.[1][2]
