Spencer Bailey was the casualty in the United Airlines Flight 232 disaster. The Image in question is by Gary Anderson that has been published nationally in various magazines and newspapers, including The New York Times.

I mail2amitabha (talk · contribs) hereby ascertain that the image can be used under Fair use in English Wikipedia for Non-Commercial purposes to portary the casualty who was injured in disaster.

As per Gary Anderson's mail, credit should also be given to Sioux City Journal,of which Mr.Anderson was an employee when the photograph was clicked by him.
