I really don't think that references, even if they are found, are going to suddenly make the band notable. WP:MUSIC defines the minimum notability criteria for bands and musical ensembles to have page on Wikipedia. Whilst that is only a guideline, unless a marginal band has a fully referenced article from the very beginning, it will always be an uphill battle. As I said at WP:AUSMUS if you still feel that you can develop it into something, work on it in your user space, and when you think its ready, ask there and see what others think. And don't repost the deleted article into the main article space as you will be seen as being disruptive.

I think that maybe you should hold off until the band has released their EP, that or their songs recieve some significant national airplay - then you can make a judgement call. Dan arndt 23:19, 31 October 2007 (UTC)
