Sparta Praguematic are an English football team who play in the Football Association affiliated soccer scene league in Sheffield. They are currently in Division Two. Sparta were originally formed in 2004 by Martin Edwards (top-scorer in the first season), under the name New Black Attack in reference to the band The New Black (now defunct). In 2005, the name was changed to Spara Praguematic and they have since gone through several managerial appointments. They are nicknamed the Praguematicians. Sparta wear light blue shirts with a claret collar and claret shorts.

Since their inauguration, Sparta have a lowest finish of bottom and highest finish of third (last season).

Player of the season winners have included: Graham Marchant (GK), Patrick Skingley and Nick Bunney (Capt) Most Improved player of the season: David Forrest (three times)

Sparta have an exemplary disciplinary record, only receiving three bookings ever, the first being David Forrest, which resulted in a sin-bin ban and is still the fastest recorded booking in the history of the soccer scene leagues (2 seconds). Luke Adey-Rennard holds the record for the most goals in a season - (19).
